The Federazione Lavoratori della Conoscenza CGIL (CGIL Knowledge Workers Federation) represents the union category of all school, university, research and AFAM workers. In a word, it is the union of those who work in the knowledge sectors.
The creative challenge
We worked on the creativity of the 2023/2024 membership campaign, aimed at acquiring new members and strengthening the reputation.
Concept
Knowledge workers, builders of the future.
Execution
Supporting knowledge workers means protecting our world and our future. The concept therefore starts from unquestionable statements to highlight the essentiality of culture as a collective welfare.
The campaign has been declined into a multi-subject, including one main visual and six declinations, each dedicated to a different discipline or labor sector represented by the union.
